Just moved in a few days ago and so far it’s good! Everyone I’ve spoken to has been extremely kind and helpful, especially Jamie and Homer. I’ve never been more excited to move into an apartment- the appliances look brand new and it was so clean on my move-in day. I’ll be giving an update of my experience living here after my lease is up, but I just wanted put out there how nice everyone has been after seeing all the reviews. - Rhianne

The best community I've lived at during my adulthood. I am definitely considering moving to another Edward Rose owned apartment complex in the future after graduating because I feel safe and the community respects my privacy. So far so good, Apartment is spacious and has everything you need, we have security at night is a plus, all amenities works perfectly, neighbors are good so far, close to work and school and of course Walmart is just around the corner, perfect place to live! - Verified Resident

Very good community to live on, very clean and we have security at night, Emergency issues are resolved within an hour, our trash is pick up on time, we even have Reciclable bins and lately we had acquired an Amazon Hub! Yes, apartment amenities are good, you don't have to worry about your gas bill or your water/sewage bill it's included, you can walk around the lake with your pets and it's nice outside, yes always will be problems but usually they get resolved. - Elvia

Well so far my experiences have been amazing!! My apartment has this awesome view of the pond and you can hear the water fountain from my balcony and bedroom window. It's very calming and soothing.
