Very good community to live on, very clean and we have security at night, Emergency issues are resolved within an hour, our trash is pick up on time, we even have Reciclable bins and lately we had acquired an Amazon Hub! Yes, apartment amenities are good, you don't have to worry about your gas bill or your water/sewage bill it's included, you can walk around the lake with your pets and it's nice outside, yes always will be problems but usually they get resolved. - Elvia

Well so far my experiences have been amazing!! My apartment has this awesome view of the pond and you can hear the water fountain from my balcony and bedroom window. It's very calming and soothing. I have been a resident since 2016...Southbridge staff has always treated me as family; especially the leasing team and managers. They make it fun with community events and friendly competition. I work from home so it is nice to get out and walk through our apartment community. They ensure our community is looking its best. Maintenance team is awesome!...You can get anywhere in fort wayne within 15 to 25 minutes from our location...ALL AT AN UNBEATABLE PRICE, I love it here!! - Resident
